Overview

This growing home services company knew they needed data to work for them—not just be stored. With growing client demand, multiple account managers, and field service teams across locations, leadership needed visibility across performance, client touchpoints, and future opportunities. They partnered with Data Huakaʻi to lead the product management for a custom Account Manager dashboard—a system that would not only reflect daily activity but shape how decisions were made.

Our Role

Data Huakaʻi served as a hands-on project manager and strategic translator—turning visionary leadership ideas into concrete engineering requirements. We:

  • Led daily stand-ups to keep development moving and stakeholder priorities clear.
  • Managed the evolving requirements list across sprints.
  • Translated business needs into structured, technical documentation.
  • Helped prioritize features to deliver impact without over-engineering.
